The Campus: "Planned Parenthood of Northern N.E. continues to provide health care after federal cuts"
This Campus article discusses Vermont's Title X funding. In August of 2019, the Trump administration published new Title X funding stipulations in a move to severely limit access to abortion care. This article includes information about FAM's involvement with the Title X cuts, and their activism in support of Vermont's Proposition 5, an amendment to the State Constitution that is being deliberated in the Vermont Legislature. If passed, Prop 5 would guarantee that reproductive liberty is an unalienable right for Vermonters.
